FAQ

How soon can you get out here?

We know that any pest in your home is extremely annoying. We make every effort to assess and begin treatment as soon as possible. In most cases, same day service.

Are the chemicals harmful?

We use chemicals that are target pest specific in most cases. We use the minimum amount of chemical to effectively control the problem. We also employ an integrated pest control management system that does not always involve using a chemical. Each situation involves a complete assessment and a determination is made to utilize the safest and most effective control.

Why am I still seeing pests after you leave?

The insecticide that was applied during treatment usually needs to come in contact with the pest. Due to life cycles and the ability to hide in cracks crevices and wall voids, this contact will occur as the pest emerges from eggs or hiding places at a later time. Although you are still seeing pests emerge the insecticide is still effective and working. Generally speaking no respray is necessary until at least 14 days after initial treatment.

What about our children and pets?

Typically the insecticide that is applied is target pest designed. Usually with no side effects or need to vacate the premise during application. Common sense approach is always recommended but in almost all cases pest control chemicals are harmless to your pets as well as humans.

What are your hours?

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with 24 hr answering service . Someone will return your call within 24 hours. Fort Smith, Van Buren, Fayetteville, Springdale, Rogers.

How likely are pests/rodents to return?

Due to the nature of pests and rodents, the likeliness for a return is always possible without some form of pest management. We recommend that at least a quarterly pest service be implemented to quickly “knockout” pests and from that point sustain the exclusion of pests and/or rodents. However, for some cases, we do provide a very effective quick “knockout” and removal of your pests or rodents that can last for several months.
